Selling Mica concentrate is all to do with finance, this is plan B
If UAE have not signed a finance agreement by the end of December then Joe will go to finance plan B
USDFC are waiting for UAE to sign and this is plan A
Plan B in more detail:
The supplier of the concentrator will finance the concentrator for Karibib and LPD will then sell Mica concentrate from stockpiles to get immediate cashflows and then mine ore and ship concentrate to build up equity to satisfy debt funding for the processing plant in UAE.
