I pointed out to you that that was NOT the case - that’s all.

And the amalgamation with PLS was the best thing that could have happened to that project - not only because the unavailable ground could now be mined !

This amalgamation has been previously mooted in very early days BTW -
By a core of shareholders !
In that case AJM management refused to countenance the idea and chose the way of ‘proud independence ‘ going future and further up to its neck in debt with the real vanpire - a Russian based company called Pala and gladly celebrating an offtake deal with Ganfeng that completely backfired on it .

The extraordinary amount of ‘misinformation ‘ and rabble rousing is actually coming from the non holder ( who is spending a very odd amount of time on this ) and his ‘pet bird’.!

The expert said this deal was not fair but REASONABLE
it also said it was IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF TMT HOLDERS TO ACCEPT .

That’s what management and other successful institutions here want too !

Vs a non credentialed non holder who used to sing songs of glory here and has told porkies about not knowing Cicero - a major holder who has objected to the merge !

Let people make their own minds up and, btw if you read the last technical chart here from @Saragian you’ll see he predicted the fall to 20.5c and called it an important line.
IE if it falls below there likely WILL be some major selling despite your best hopes in a post you put up yesterday !
I know it’s not what you want to hear but it’s there in the chart .

The defusing to merge - in the best interests of both companies is also well evidenced as a POSITIVE thing !
