Hi Eggboy , Sorry i'm late answering , thanks to Jandy and the Captain answered m0st your question , from my research the highest silicone content is Amprius with Engineered Silicon Nanowires has 100% silicone but has to grow their nanowires and are having trouble scaling to even a dozen batteries and is super expensive ,
Most have battery manufactures have trouble handling the expansion problem of between 3% and 9% Silicone , interestingly Tesla has no silicon in their poor performing but long lasting 4680 battery ,
Sila has 20% highly refined silicon in there anode hoping for up to 40% but falls way short and is expensive @ over $100 per KWH, the signing with MB for the new electric G wagon has been put off for another year , battery is far too heavy resulting in a towing range of only 100K ,
The important take is Anteotech have a high content 70 plus silicon anode that is 8x cheaper ,higher energy retention , lighter/ smaller , faster charging and is easy drop in and scalable , our competitors use highly refined expensive silicone , Anteotech use the unrefined silicone that is the ball breaker for the competitors , looks like scale up to large scale production is looking very good , hopefully we get a presentation next week with Manuel telling us what cycling and performance they are up to ?
