You've got to work some things out for yourself. Here's a challenge for you to improve your investigative skills, find the attached map. I've already given you some hints as to where to find it.
Doesn't matter what scale of operation it is or even whether they've started mining a particular area. if they've got a mining licence mining has been licenced for the area thus one would reasonably think that in there wouldn't be a tremendous shock if someone were to mine within said approved mining licence?
