Mike, the girl with the nice voice laughed at me when I suggested TD transfer this restricted, unregistered cyl stock with a CUSIP to my new broker and let my new broker fix my 6 month old problem. After laughing at me the girl with the nice voice said my cyl stock can not be transferred out of Toronto dominion bank at this time. That is not how things are done at Toronto dominion bank.
