    When fundamentals changed as of previous results where they expected higher API oil with good flow rates because CEO kept on saying the oil will be shooting at us was a complete lie

    Once core fundamentals are shot no matter how much they discover the demand is not there. No one wants Cuban oil and the graph below tells you exactly that.
