If it is found that the breach of contract involved current ceo resignation then surely he too will be responsible for the receivers being called in. He should have responsibility to not do such a thing if the contract stated it would be a breach and especially if after the receiver sell off livetiles, david continues with new livetiles. Surely he would be a major cause of receivers coming in and then he benefits from them as well.
