Fairly, I think it is claimed on his behalf in effect that he led the exploration team that was instrumental in turning Kathleen Valley into a genuine “discovery” and then expanding it into a “tier 1” asset from there.

Ramelius acquired Kathleen Valley from Xstrata / Glencore in 2014 as a gold project and in turn Liontown from Ramelius in 2016; at that stage there were only a small number of rock samples and no drill testing had occurred:

Interestingly, it was our own chair, Ian Gordon, who oversaw the Ramelius acquisition from Xstrata / Glencore:



Anyway, the above is all of historic interest only but in my view emphasises: (a) the geological experience and quality of the team at WML; and (b) the good working relationship they have had with another over a number of years - not a bad combination to have at WML.
