Sabine I actually asked the company last week what the difference between the two parties were, and the reason their vote is binding is because they linked it to the Independent Expert’s Report, which the no vote didn’t. Obviously no voter’s aren’t going to tie their opinion to the report.

you write in an incredibly condescending manner, and you write about no voters like we are some sort of schmucks. I’m going to laugh so hard if an improved offer comes and you have some further way of discrediting us such as us slowing down the scheme or causing more dilution or something.
