I'm certainly not promoting trying to sell to governments. They simply don't listen and probably don't understand technical innovation. My win/win/win +1 are.
1. Happy customers!!! Very important. (Don't think governments give too much credence to that aim).
2. Cheaper customer "services" staff.
3. Replaced human customer service staff leave a brain dead job, get trained, and get a much higher salary from what the company saves by replacing them with AI.
4. Economy gains by increased taxes from higher salaries and their increased expenditure from that higher salary.
Industry DOES SEE all of that and we ARE going to see a MASSIVE improvement ALL ROUND!!
