Shortages in light oil my friend not Tar. They don’t need it for roads and plastic they need it for power grid, machinery and cars. MAY are not fixing any problem in Cuba that’s why the president of Cuba has been making deals with Mexico, Russia and Iran desperate need of quality product
If they sniffed MAY would find a solution to their problems they would be pumping a significant amount of cash and investment into getting it out the floor but there is no demand for it
Doesnt matter if you have to worlds largest tar find. You need demand for the product the company needs to make money. It’s not about how much you discover
