I think your calculation was way too complicated for me or else I started on Friday afternoon beers way too early.
My mistake.
Of course, the elephant in the room is still New Hope who could easily take out both MEL & VEN.
For that matter, they could easily take out LKO if they wanted to.
(ignoring all of the political issues and egos etc.)
