Every chance for it to be oversubscribed and no need scaling but if it goes 5 time oversubscribed, my gut feeling is that it will be scaled down.
In any case, I expect price to see sub 11c till there is a rerate (assumption based on shorter's nature), hope I get wrong in this case. GLTA SPP takers and holders
