Why ? This is not about me, its about saving Ugandan citizens from potentially being harmed.
NB: I said potentially, because IXR can still do this (perhaps even profitably) IF they decided to amend their EISA to include a study into putting appropriate controls in place to address what happens to the Rn's currently locked up in the clays.
