Talk about high infrastructure costs. It has taken almost a decade to build a few miles of highway on the M1 heading into Brisbane. On any good day driving into Brisbane you are lucky to see a handful of workers standing around doing absolutely nothing. Great job if you can get it. The cost of those few miles of roadworks would be staggering if you could get the government to release them.
