Dec 11 (Reuters) - Australia's Sigma Healthcare (SIG) said on Monday it has entered into a Merger Implementation Agreement to merge with CW Group Holdings Limited, also known as Chemist Warehouse Group.
Chemist Warehouse will own 85.8% of the merged company post completion, Sigma said.
