AVL are in the same boat mate. It’s a merger of near equals. TMT have certain advantages I.e. publication of ERD to the EPA website, EKF $150m loan etc., AVL have the bigger deposit the bigger name, the electrolyte facility etc.
12:1 doesn’t represent fair value as it is 38% TMT 62% AVL.
merge makes sense for both companies so offer TMT something that makes sense. TMT arent gun to the head here anymore than AVL are
