Yeah, my Intel had long been that the staff were pretty unhappy.
Linking investment team pay and shareholder returns directly isn't always as good as it looks. It's not the investment teams fault that the place was badly managed and had corporate governance issues way above them! They're not overpaid compared to the market either, and I'm talking with direct experience in that matter ;-)
