Fair enough, caution is certainly warranted around anything Malaysian, but my main point was built capacity.
While AL speaks in highly diplomatic terms "clean license", "it is not that the conditions have been temporarily put at bay, it is a normal license", strong indication all restrictions have been rescinded. Perhaps the caveat might be "subject to successful Th removal by March 2026" but suspect that's not going to be a major issue.
High probability we'll find Lynas has a built base ~18ktpa thru C&L allowing them to respond quickly to demand growth as it becomes evident, maintaining its position ex China.
