    18:1 currently corresponds to 40c for TMT, the "fair value" or average valuation in their own report by BDO. But that would be absolutely no premium offered. And theres still the risk TMT holders wont ever see that value if the AVL sp tanks in the near term. AVL should be offering a premium, if its a take over, which it is. The offer should really be "2X :1", to be realistic. The initial offers have been so low and so bad that i dont think we will see anywhere near a fair offer coming anytime soon.
