Why would somebody sit there with 170,000 shares for sale at 59.5 cents for weeks. This and another old order at 60 cents for 100,000 shares have acted as a concrete ceiling for the price. There are roughly 30-50 thousand shares traded a day. This just blows away most charting analysis in my opinion as until there is some positive news the range is pretty well set by this basic market depth data.
