l bought another batch today swapping one of the 2 resource ETF's l had - l wanted to bring my portfolio weighting in WPR back up to a solid weighting.
I figured, "don't worry about interest rates", you should get solid income from WPR at 6.8% indexed for the next 10-15 years. the income has a stability weighting of 99.9% (extremely high).
as luck would have it l have owned this monster twice in the last couple of years. l had a change of heart at its peak, then bought them all back after plunged. dumb luck
Morningstar say no economic moat but l reckon it's "very narrow". - that land must be hard to come by??
