I respect your decision and appreciate you sharing your arguments with the forum.

I agree that there seems to be complementarity from the POV of vertical integration.

The question is, is that complementarity worth more than our existing partnership with Toyota Tsusho (substantial AKE holder) and their growth plan and direction? And how is the latter going to respond to the merger, given that Livent has off-take aggreements with Tesla, and other US car makers (competition of Toyota)?

Also, have you considered the performance of both management teams in your decision?
How do you rate their performance when compared to management teams of comparable Li companies?
Do you believe that both teams together will be worse, the same or significantly better than they have performed in the past?
