Market just received a very important announcement re KEXIM and possible extra finance from their Singapore finance arm - not a whimper from investors.
Market would observe the above as extremely positive that all appears very well on track - perhaps not given ARU track record and the sector in general.

Market would have observed a significant decline in short position - that would usually and surely raise eyebrows regardless of cause that something pretty significant pending - aligning to ARU management timelines - again not a whimper - thus far anyway.

Short position to bump up a notch in coming week I suspect - just a bump - to make it look transparent.
