This is pretty sad with the company relying on the goodwill of investors who want to support the company, who ending paying a premium over the market price in order to subscribe to the SPP... this is right after shareholders have just copped a massive kick up the butt hole through yet another massive dilutionary capital raising.

It's also extra risky for people subscribing for the SPP - if the stock price continues to trade at a discount to the offer price, the SPP is likely to face a big shortfall. And this SPP is currently NOT underwritten, so the questions about whether or not this capital raise is even enough in the first place, will be an even bigger risk for investors who have signed up for more shares in a company that is likely remain underfunded.
