Interesting point. If this is the case, then there might be some behind the scenes happening. Traditionally when you get the designs etc done there’s normally a warranty BG of some description. Which would mean that could still be pulled, but it’s only 5% of the contract price (normally)

I wonder if there is a design issue, in which case someone else would need to foot the bill probably under their PI cover. But that could also mean we are a further 12 months away from nameplate and resolution - of which there’s probably no Consequential Loss in the contract, so it’d become another waiting game.

I just hope they can get this working. It reminds of an ERP change over - The last 5% of the project takes as long as the first 95%….
