I don;'t see much in it to be frank, as Brittany wasn't there to listen to the advice. Yes I know it's possible that the same advice could have been given to her later but that can simply be denied if it was. It's not provable. That doesn't mean it wasn't a careless display at a bar where others can hear it. Probs a few too many scotches? The other thing is the doctors letter, although it was only a draft so perhaps it was more a legal guidance than a health guidance. The counsellor certainly confirmed Brittany was a mess, so did her parents and friends. She was also in hospital for a time so it all matches. Anyway Justice Lee I'm sure will raise the issue tomorrow if he's concerned about the audio.
