Really my investment thesis is.
they got a lot of cheap electricity and r selling cheap.
theres a lot of other factors and details that can be added to this.
maybe omh is truly incompetent operationally. Everyone else takes 8000 kwhs to produce a tonne of ferrosilicon and they take 9000 kwhs.
but someone has to prove this.
the operational issues seem to stem from managements decisions. Shutting furnaces down amd TRP plants that perpetually seem to nvr produce, but they keep upgrading the stupid plant and pouring money down it.
meanwhile heat recycling seems like an obvious win, but they arent building it.
