Should Alcoa bid for AWC?

    Despite a steep fall in Alcoa's price, AWC's price has fallen even further and now down near book value. And you couldn't replicate these assets even close to book value.

    So just thinking that now would be a perfect time for Alcoa to clean up this inefficient structure. The exchange ratio hasn't been this attractive for Alcoa for ages (if at all)!
