Actually, the only thing that it proves is that ALC was desperate to appear as though it was still gaining traction in the market that it went to it's reference site in the UK which it has provided discounted pricing to on its original contract to be a reference site and renewed that discounted contract for a longer term.

In 10 years' time that 1.2 million GBP a year is going to seem like pocket change.

You may want to argue that's fine it's a reference site but it hasn't even added any additional value to the site by including the ED, PAS, or Virtual Care modules, i would have preferred if they had given it to the site for free to simply prove that its entire software suite works at scale as an EPR something it is yet to do.
