Re "FID "ready" in 2024", I guess it can be readied in 2024, but it can also sit there for a few more years waiting for the approval stamp; and nothing gets done until it gets stamped.
Just a careful choice of words perhaps? I am hoping for a bit of a kick along with these STO WDS talks which could provide for an exit. Current SP is a bit low for an escape. Of course WDS is the bigger brother and could have a different view and hurry things along.
