The 0.1c stay dry, until the 0.2c umbrella is exhausted.
0.2c bidders are keeping the 0.1c bidder dry, for now. Until, if at which time, there are no more 0.2 bidders, because they are all filled what they prepared to expose. And the break even trade for the CR who dont care to hand around, might just capitulate.

Then 0.1c might get hit. Its a lower probability event, but a higher reward.

Come the sunshine, when leverage is looked at, buyers will no longer have the additional supply to take low hanging fruit. And the only choice is a higher price that suits leverage play reward.
