It may possibly go back to your target, and if so, it could go further and close the gap which looks like it's in the low $0.70's. That would effectively take it back to the initial days of the REE discovery. Will it happen, maybe maybe not
Yes, the volume overall has been high compared to the last few months but the actual volume is decreasing on the downtrend over the last few days. After today's conclusion we will see if the downtrend is still in play, if the volume is lower then yesterday, and if it continues to ride the lower BB lower still (I'm only looking at the charts you have posted and haven't put together my own charts).
The next few days will speak and show if this will continue lower or the start of a rise
