We can only speculate and your guess is as good as mine. A difference though this time:
1. Salta Province used this last year to expedite structural improvements with the building of the airport, roads, port, environmental rules, hydrogeological works, hiring, training of mining employees, creating a risk-free investment policies, education, technology developments and other necessary ingredients to be able to cope with increased productions. They did all these and designated 2024 as the Salta Province lithium production year.
2. The new government has shown its move to eradicate too much bureaucracy and the Ministernis under pressure.
3. Courts have approved.
4. AGY/Puna has submitted all requirements including hydrogeology reports and now simply awaiting the signature.
5. Puna team has been meeting and carrying follow up talks with Minister and reports say she is receptive of our needs.

of course, no one can be sure. But all what I said is backed by my own research and is just my opinion. AIMO
