Based on Au 80M in revenue for Q2 and profits near Zero, probably RED in SAR I cannot think of any reason for SP not to go lower.
Simple reason NdPr is lower than Q1. Plant shut down for 6 weeks Cuts revenue in half which would be 72M but to be safe I will say 80 M When REE prices were going up every one loved to say all revenue went right to bottom line. I said then and still say about 85% so what do you think Profits will be in H1 2024? Do you really think this double bottom will hold? SP may go up for a day or two after steep fall 036 in 4 days, but average direction is down. An older form of TA says price is going to fall sharply from here
SP $6.08 50 day MA $6.77 100 MA 6.89 200 MA 6,92 all MAs have a steep downward trend.
