The fact the ann calls it a “strategic partnership” rather than a JV or similar suggests to me its a partnership with a company that is not a direct mining company.
In my very uneducated opinion Im saying an advisory or marketing company or something along those lines. If they’re thinking in the near future maybe a partnership with whoever owns some of the drills we will need soon
