Nato was bombing Syria before Russia WAS INVITED by the Assad Gov.
Nato was bombing Afghanistan when the Taliban was in control of Afghanistan. Russian (under USSR) had left more than a decade ago.

As to Libya - here is the UN mandate (Lol): Security Council Approves ‘No-Fly Zone’ over Libya, Authorizing ‘All Necessary Measures’ to Protect Civilians, by Vote of 10 in Favour with 5 Abstentions
Did it include regime change?
Did it include helping opposition forces to fight against the Libyan forces?
Are opposition forces considered as civilian?
So why did NATO bomb civilian infrastructures of Libya then???
