2024 will be the year Mesoblast will finally cut through the red tape of the FDA and their over zealous behaviour, we hear and read so much about the FDA acknowledging and integrating teams towards innovation therapies however, these are just defensive words with very little to showcase to support innovative therapies lets see some real change. I do believe outside interference is over done and worn out Its timely now for accountability followed by consequences for those who have intently engaged in what is perceived as covertly undermining Mesoblast. I would encourage Mesoblast to pursue litigation should change not be forthcoming as there is so much to gain through "Discovery" every correspondence, phone calls, emails, case notes etc. Simply look at the short positions that has remained and increased for a long time of course these companies shorting are by no means exceptional minds but rather good at lobbying and gaining information to join their dots.
