Nah that's not what it is, its not a Ann that would move the stock forward, its a MOU only.
The stock is about where it needs to be right now, we simply need to start drilling to see if there is anything there. Rockchips were great but it's underneath the ground that will be a company maker.
Until then, its based on potential
