If SI didn't buy you'd both say: he's not supporting the placement. Now it's not enough support. If he bought all his entitlement you'd say he's desperate.
Now it's that the timing is not ideal.
TG of course if he mortgaged his house the timing would be out of his control.
Whatever SI does you will find fault with him it's just what you do but you're particularly foot-to-the-throat this week.
I don't know how some of you can look at yourselves in the mirror, it can't be a pretty sight.
