I look at it differently.
The "not entirely up to us" statement is more to do with the Company having to negotiate with the ASX as the suspension is now - not at the request of the Company.
That will include responding to the enquiries the ASX made to the company by way of an Aware Letter, and the Company is reliant on the ASX approving being requoted on the ASX
~ another reason why the Company is restricted on what they can release.
