IMO in a 'dog eat dog' business world, a CEO showing a willingness to compromise a corporate vision & give 'the other guy' what he wants/ ask for/ demands is not a formula for survival, much less success.
'Stubborn' or 'Determined & having the courage of his convictions' ?
'Arrogant' or 'Not easily swayed from his considered path' ?
IMO these things are not the same.
