You'd be right. Unless express postage has been paid we're at the discretion of postal/parcel transport companies. If it's through Auspost. trucks/trailers only move when full from major D.C.'s to country/interstate. Care not for you urgency unless your paying for it. Should be enroute in Aus by now hopefully.
