People will put their hand in their pocket when VRC secure funding.
Until then, it's just mug punters trying to make a pip here and there (watch how the 20M gradually appears on the sell side, maybe 5M at a time over the next few days?).
Lots of talk about offtakes but still no word. Smoke and mirrors IMO!
