The events leading up to the recent price capitulation in my view are linked to the capital raise. In my opinion the investors have chosen to de risk; already have a significant exposure to SHN. Announcements triggered the buying and selling and I am trying believe that this was not a staged de risk but I keep looking at the market action and the assets. Are the assets still high quality? I would surprised if there is not positive news to come that would make the last week a blip. My thought is that from the mid 2c range is an excellent consolidation price.
