final stage of tendering, does not mean its a sure thing , until any of the 8 projects that the company is in for is signed, the market will just see this as hot air ( how much have there been in the past! )
just need 1of the 8 to be signed and with a sufficient dollar amount then we will see the market take notice and off it goes
until then we will see up n downs and traders playing with the SP
