From the last update "The Company has identified and planned the critical works schedule to rectify and improve the performance of the 2,000tpa facility, with a target to increase production operations during Q1-CY2024." That doesn't sound urgent to me.
"We're working around the clock to fix these issues ASAP" sounds like they're serious. Accomplishing something using a hazy date range like Q1-CY2024 sounds like they don't want to interfere with the afternoon siesta. Do a google search, "The siesta, a short nap taken in the early afternoon, is also a common practice in many rural areas of Argentina."
