This is the biggest problem with cap raises and oppy conversion left to 708's. They're supposed to create liquidity in the market.
instead they cash in on the arbitrage in this instance and leave retail to hold the bag and pick up the pieces.
every cap raise should allow retail to participate, at least we would have conviction buyers on board and stabilise the SP.
not this s%&t that we see today.
