My reading is the buy back ends now .( Functionally it ended weeks ago .)
All their present cash and cashflow from production is available for the 4 well drilling program .
After the drilling program ends they get share holder approval for another buy back .
New buy back commences .
Looks like plan B and C did not work .
They could not get the deal they wanted so it is back to plan A .
It seems OK to me .
Really what else could they do ?
