The @madam of the establishment has said when pressed, that he would support the company on HC when it reached 'sustainable commercialisation' which is a pompous way of obscuring the reality that this is a high risk high reward play.

(But whoever said as much any time before 95% of the value of the stock evaporated into the ether of multiple dilution events, was said to be either insane or accused of having some ulterior motive(s)s and/or hidden agenda(s).)
